1.How does your pricing work?

We are unique in our pricing because, unlike many of the major 800 and king companies, we base everything on how much weight the unwanted items weigh and the amount of time and labor the job will take. Many other companies base their pricing on how much room you take up in their truck. We don’t feel this is fair because you shouldn’t pay the same price for 3 light weight couches that may take 5 minutes to load as that same space being filled with household items.

2.Do you provide free quotes?

We do provide free no-obligation quotes. Please refer to the free quote tab.

3.Can I just send you pictures to get a quote?

We can give you a range, but there is no way to provide a guaranteed quote based on just pictures.

4.Are there any items that you don’t take?

There are a few items that we don’t take, but not many. Some of those items are: old heating oil tanks, septic tanks, fuel or oil in non-approved containers, human waste, sharps containers, or medical waste. If you have a question about an item, feel free to reach out and see if we can help you dispose of the unwanted item.

5.Do you recycle the items hauled away?

We do our best to repurpose, donate, or find a new home for all items that are removed and hauled away.

6.If you can't find a place to donate or repurpose what happens to the unwanted items?

Most items go to the closest local landfill or waste facility and are disposed of properly and per code.
